Shipping

Orders are routinely shipped between 1 and 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Shipping to the contiguous US only.  It typically takes 3-5 days to  receive your order after its shipped. You'll receive email with a tracking number to let you know your order is on its way.

There's a $7.00 flat rate shipping charge per order and we offer free shipping on orders when cart total reaches $35.00 excluding tax. 

If you find that you've accidentally entered an incorrect address as your shipping address after you've placed your order, please email us immediately at the email address found on the Contact Page. Please include your order number. If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address and is returned, you will receive a refund. 

If you receive notification that an order has been delivered but you didn't receive your items,  you can file a claim with USPS using the tracking number that was provided in the shipping confirmation email.  https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
